ZoharTech is an on-site waste-to-energy system designed to process unsorted residential waste within existing waste areas in buildings and cities, quickly, safely, and without the need for sorting or recycling. The system uses thermal gasification technology to consume the waste and eliminates 100% of the waste that would otherwise be sent to landfill. During the process, the waste is converted into energy and an inert, environmentally friendly byproduct (slag) suitable for use in infrastructure. In this way, ZoharTech reduces municipal waste transportation, minimizes landfill use, and helps cut greenhouse gas emissions, while making use of existing waste spaces without requiring the construction of large remote facilities.
